Kirkland Advises Advent International on Acquisition of Volue Alongside Arendals Fossekompani and Generation Investment Management
Kirkland & Ellis advised Advent International on a voluntary tender offer to acquire the shares in Oslo-listed Volue ASA, a Norwegian-headquartered supplier of software and data solutions to the energy and infrastructure sectors. Arendals Fossekompani, an Oslo-listed industrial investment platform, will reinvest alongside a consortium comprising Advent International and sustainable investment firm Generation Investment Management.
