Jessica Corr is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Jessica’s practice focuses on advising a broad range of financial investor clients, including private equity houses, private companies and other financial sponsors globally. Jessica has particular experience in cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory and governance matters.

Asda Group and TDR, owned by the Issa brothers, investment funds managed by TDR Capital and Walmart, on its acquisition of EG Group’s UK and Ireland operations for an enterprise value of £2.27 billion, consisting of c. 350 petrol filling station sites and over 1,000 food-to-go locations
CD&R and Morrisons on the sale by Morrisons of its petrol forecourts to, and entry into a strategic partnership with, Motor Fuel Group
TDR Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Asda
