Patrick E. Corrigan
Overview
Patrick Corrigan is a corporate energy and infrastructure partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Patrick’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of commercial transactions and operations including both domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments, projects and infrastructure and energy and resources. He has extensive experience in the LNG, oil and gas, mining and power sectors having advised clients at all stages on a variety of greenfield and brownfield projects and investments in multiple jurisdictions around the globe. Patrick has also spent time as a secondee at Woodside Energy in its Shipping and LNG Marketing Team and ConocoPhillips in their general corporate team.
Patrick has previously worked in both Japan and Australia and is dual qualified to practice in Texas and Australia.
