M&A Deals of the Year 2023

Marine Money recognized Kirkland & Ellis among its “M&A Deals of the Year” winners for 2023. The Firm was recognized for its efforts in representing Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) on the formation, together with U.S. supply chain leader Crowley, of a new joint venture, Crowley Wind Services, to advance wind energy solutions for the United States.
