Kirkland Advises Ethos Capital on BroadStreet Investment

Kirkland & Ellis advised investment firm Ethos Capital and its Ethos-led investor group, including British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., in an investment into BroadStreet Partners, a North American insurance brokerage company. Under the terms of the agreement, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan will maintain a significant co-control stake and operate in partnership with the investor group. BroadStreet partners with leading independent insurance agencies, known as Core Agency Partners. The transaction was announced April 10, 2025.
