Sivanti Devakumar is a tax partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. She has experience advising corporates, asset managers, institutional investors and management teams on a wide range of complex tax and structuring matters.
Siv has a broad practice encompassing advice on the tax aspects of transactional matters (such as public and private M&A, reorganisations and corporate finance), as well as on any tax issues affecting asset fund managers across their life cycle (including management incentive arrangements and alternative equity financing solutions).
