Kirkland Advises Consortium of CVC Private Equity Funds, Nordic Capital and ADIA on £5.4 Billion Recommended Cash Acquisition of Hargreaves Lansdown

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Harp Bidco Limited, a bidco to be financed by the consortium of CVC Private Equity Funds, Nordic Capital and Platinum Ivy (a wholly owned subsidiary of ADIA, managed by ADIA PED) on its recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Hargreaves Lansdown. The cash offer values Hargreaves Lansdown’s entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital at approximately £5.4 billion on a fully diluted basis.
