Curtis A. French is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, with an emphasis on transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets. He also has experience representing public and private companies in connection with capital markets transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance. Prior to practicing law, Curtis worked at Phillips 66 as an accountant in the Financial Accounting & Consolidations and Tax departments. Curtis is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Oklahoma.
