Justin Joffe is a partner in Kirkland’s corporate transactional group where he concentrates his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, private equity and venture capital investments, recapitalizations, private financings, executive compensation, equity incentive arrangements and other general corporate matters. Justin has worked on transactions in a variety of sectors, including financial services, professional services, technology, manufacturing, distribution, specialty chemicals and materials, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals and health care. Justin has handled matters on behalf of, among others, Audax Group, Flexpoint Ford, Madison Dearborn Partners, Reverence Capital Partners, and SK Capital Partners, as well as many of their portfolio companies.
