Kirkland Advises Flexpoint Ford in Partnership with Accuserve

Kirkland & Ellis represented Flexpoint Ford, LLC, a private equity investment firm specializing in the financial services and healthcare industries, on its agreement with Accuserve Solutions, an independent managed repair services platform, and Aquiline Capital Partners LP, a private equity investment firm specializing in the financial services industry, for a majority investment by Flexpoint, and minority investments by Aquiline and Accuserve management, in Accuserve. Flexpoint's partnership is expected to accelerate Accuserve's growth as it continues to develop value added property claims solutions for insurance carriers, homeowners and contractors.
