Olivia provides strategic transactional and healthcare regulatory compliance advice to physician and dental groups, health systems, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
Olivia has extensive experience advising companies with FDA-regulated products, including food and beverages, pet food, dietary supplements and cosmetics. Olivia routinely evaluates FDA quality manufacturing and inspection compliance matters, product recalls, pre-market and post-market FDA requirements, in addition to FDA and FTC compliance requirements for product classification, product formulation and ingredients, labeling, marketing, advertising and claim substantiation.
