Elizabeth Kelly is a litigation partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Elizabeth represents corporations, private equity and other investment firms, partnerships and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States. These high-stakes disputes often involve clients who are investing or operating in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare industries. Elizabeth also regularly counsels private equity firms and their portfolio companies on issues of compliance, corporate governance and litigation, including in connection with strategic transactions.
Elizabeth’s work has been covered in the media, including by Law360, and she has been recognized as a runner-up for The American Lawyer’s “Litigator of the Week.”
