William Koch is a partner in the Investment Funds Group in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm's Liquidity Solutions Team whose practice focuses on advising private funds sponsors and investors in connection with continuation fund and other liquidity solutions transactions. Bill also has extensive experience representing sponsors in the formation and operation of private funds and other related matters.
