• KKR-backed IVIRMA Global to complete its €1.25 billion refinancing

Prior to joining Kirkland, Jia worked on the following matters, advising:

• Equitix in connection with the refinancing of acquisition facilities related to the takeover of John Laing plc.

• Apax Partners LLP on the financing for the acquisition of Toi Toi & Dixi
• H.I.G. Capital on the financing for the acquisition of Deloitte’s restructuring business
