Kirkland Advises KKR on Further Investment in Enilive
Kirkland & Ellis is advising KKR on an agreement to acquire an additional 5% stake in Enilive from Eni for a consideration of €587.5 million, taking its total holding in Enilive to 30%.
Enilive is Eni’s mobility transformation company, dedicated to biorefining, biomethane production, smart mobility solutions, and providing services to support people on the move. Kirkland also advised KKR on its initial acquisition of a 25% stake in Enilive, announced in October 2024.
