Kirkland Advises IQGeo on Acquisition of Deepomatic
Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR’s portfolio company, IQGeo, a developer of geospatial software that is “Building Better Networks” for telecom and utility operators, on its acquisition of AI computer vision software developer Deepomatic.
The transaction is subject to completion of the legal and administrative requirements and regulatory review and approval.
