Jiri Peterka is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP with a focus on private equity.
He has experience with various types of public and private corporate transactions for financial sponsors, their portfolio companies as well as corporates, including cross-border buy-outs and exits, public M&A, carve-outs, growth and preferred equity investments, co-investment and equity arrangements and management incentive plans. In 2016, Jiri spent 6 months on secondment in Hong Kong.

- iCON Infrastructure on the sale of Firmus, a Northern Irish gas distribution network
- Terra Firma on the consortium and equity arrangements in respect of the acquisition of the Finnish property rental business Parmaco Oy alongside co-investors Metric Capital Partners and Sun Hung Kai & Co.
