Kirkland Advises EP Corporate Group on Recommended Cash Offer for UK Royal Mail Parent International Distributions Services plc

Kirkland & Ellis is advising EP UK Bidco Limited, a newly formed company owned indirectly by EP Corporate Group and J&T Capital Partners, on the recommended cash offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of International Distribution Services plc (IDS), other than the IDS shares owned or controlled by VESA Equity Investment S.à r.l. The acquisition values IDS' entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital at approximately £3,568 million on a fully diluted basis and implies an enterprise value of £5,284 million.
