W. Brian Raftery is a corporate partner in Kirkland's New York office. His practice is principally concentrated in the areas of corporate, debt and equity financing, growth capital investing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with a focus on private equity transactions. He has represented investors in acquisitions and divestitures of public and private companies including leveraged buyout transactions; private placements and public offerings of debt and equity securities; formation of and the placement of interests in private limited partnerships; and general corporate matters.
