Kirkland Represents TowerBrook Capital Partners on Investment in EisnerAmper

Kirkland & Ellis advised TowerBrook Capital Partners on its investment in Eisner Advisory Group LLC, which is the new standalone advisory business of EisnerAmper, one of the largest business consulting firms in the world. EisnerAmper LLP, a licensed independent CPA firm, will continue providing client attest services while Eisner Advisory Group LLC provides EisnerAmper’s business advisory and non-attest services through an alternative practice structure. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
