Overview

Mary Reale is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s New York office. She focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as other state and federal courts across the country. Mary also advises companies and their directors and officers on transactional and corporate governance matters. Mary has significant trial experience and has been recognized by The American Lawyer as a runner up for “Litigator of the Week” on a complete trial victory for a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Before joining Kirkland, Mary clerked for Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
