A Jam-Packed Week of Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs

Partners Josh Greenblatt and Mike Shipley and associates Mary Reale, Mason Reynolds and Vanessa Di Feo received a shout-out for The American Lawyer Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” contest for their work for Silicon Valley venture capital firm Social+Capital.

Following a week-long arbitration trial and post-trial briefing, a JAMS panel found that the fund’s limited partnership agreement allowed moves made in 2018 that ultimately diluted the claimants interests in the fund. The Kirkland team included partners Josh Greenblatt and Mike Shipley and associate Mary Reale, who conducted three key trial cross-examinations, as well as associates Mason Reynolds and Vanessa Di Feo."
