Since joining Kirkland, Davi's experience includes the following client representations:

• Commure, a General Catalyst portfolio company, in its take-private acquisition of Augmedix
• Abry Partners on a continuation fund transaction involving a credit portfolio of approximately 200 broadly syndicated loans and public and private equity positions, with a gross asset value of approximately $1 billion. The deal is the largest known credit continuation fund transaction ever to have closed
• Century Equity Partners in its investment in Hancock Claims Consultants Holdings, LLC
• Tract Capital Management

Prior to joining Kirkland, Davi’s experience included the following client representations:

• Neuberger Berman Group in the $12.5 billion business combination of its Dyal Capital Partners division, Owl Rock Capital Group and Altimar Acquisition Corporation, creating Blue Owl Capital Inc.
• WeWork Inc. in its $9 billion de-SPAC business combination with BowX Acquisition Corp.
• The Special Committee of Myovant Sciences Ltd. in the $1.7 billion acquisition by Sumitovant Biopharma Ltd. of the shares of Myovant it did not already own.
• Rithm Capital Corp. in its $720 million acquisition of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc., a publicly listed global alternative asset manager with $34 billion in assets under management.
• Rithm Capital Corp. in its acquisition of Genesis Capital LLC, along with a related portfolio of loans, from affiliates of the Goldman Sachs Group.
• Rithm Capital Corp. in its $1.675 billion acquisition of Caliber Home Loans, Inc.
