Kirkland Advises Commure on Take-Private Acquisition of Augmedix

Kirkland advised Commure, Inc., a General Catalyst portfolio company, on signing a definitive agreement for the take-private acquisition of Augmedix, Inc., a firm focused on ambient AI medical documentation and data solutions. Commure, Inc. will leverage synergies from the acquisition to continue to grow its platform in healthcare technology. The acquisition was announced July 19, 2024 and is scheduled to close in late Q3 or early Q4, 2024.
