• TPG on its c. €3.9 billion acquisition, alongside CDPQ, of Aareon, a European provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the property industry.
• Blackstone on its c. $1.584 billion recommended cash acquisition of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited.
• Thoma Bravo on the c. $5.3 billion cash acquisition of Darktrace plc.
• The Apex Group on its acquisition of Edmond de Rothschild’s third-party asset servicing activities based in Luxembourg.
• Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of a majority stake in Hypergene, a Swedish SaaS company for planning and performance management.
• Thoma Bravo on the public takeover offer for EQS Group AG.
• Thoma Bravo and its portfolio company SailPoint on its take private of Osirium Technologies plc, a privileged access security business.
• The EQT-led consortium on the £4.5 billion recommended cash offer for Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc.
• Thoma Bravo on the investment in LOGEX, a leading healthcare analytics provider and the inaugural investment by Thoma Bravo’s Europe-based team.
• Antin Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of Wildstone.
• Recipharm, a portfolio company of EQT, on the acquisitions of Arranta Bio, a prominent advanced therapy CDMO, and Vibalogics, a virotherapy CDMO.
• Apex Fund Management, a portfolio company of TA Associates and Genstar, on the acquisition of the Maitland fund services business. 
• GIC on the £694 million acquisition of a 75% stake in the majority of Paddington Central assets from British Land.
• Thoma Bravo on the strategic investment in Condeco, a global leader in workspace scheduling technology. 
• Blackstone and Brown Bidco Limited on the $4.73 billion recommended take private of Signature Aviation.
• EQT VI on the sale of Anticimex, a global pest control specialist. 
• E2Open on the $1.7 billion acquisition of BluJay Solutions, a leading international cloud-based, logistics execution platform.
• AJAX I on its $7 billion business combination with Cazoo Holdings Limited.
• TDR Capital on the acquisition of BPP, a global leader in professional and vocational education.
