Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo Portfolio Company, SailPoint, on Recommended Cash Acquisition of Osirium Technologies plc

Kirkland & Ellis is advising SailPoint Technologies UK Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SailPoint Parent L.P., which is a portfolio company of funds advised by Thoma Bravo, on the recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Osirium Technologies plc. It is intended that the acquisition will be implemented by way of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
