Sitraka St. Michael is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sitraka’s practice focuses on representing public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors in connection with complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs and other corporate transactions.
