Kirkland Represents CoreLogic on Acquisition of ClosingCorp

Kirkland & Ellis advised CoreLogic®, a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider and a portfolio company of Stone Point Capital and Insight Partners, on its acquisition of ClosingCorp, the premier source of intelligence for closing costs and service providers in the U.S. residential real estate industry. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
