- BHP Group’s $19.6 billion merger of BHP's oil and gas portfolio with Woodside Energy Group – Deal of the Year at Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) Awards 2022.
- BHP Group’s unification of its dual listed company structure.
- NYSE-listed Navistar International Corporation’s $3.7 billion merger with TRATON SE, a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG and subsequent going-private transaction pursuant to Rule 13e-3 under the Securities Exchange Act.
- Transactis, Inc.’s acquisition by MasterCard International Incorporated.
- Vornado Realty Trust’s $500 million mortgage loan refinancing of existing debt.
- Advised Deerfield Management in Mallinckrodt PLC’s distressed debt exchange offer, pursuant to which it offered approximately $1.1 billion second lien notes in exchange for $1.6 billion unsecured notes.
- Advised the lenders, led by Société Générale, Citibanamex and BBVA, in a $150 million credit facility provided to Servicios y Terminales de Tuxpan, S.A. de C.V. to fund in part the development of a liquid fuel storage terminal project to be constructed and operated by a KKR portfolio company, Monterra Energy, near the port of Tuxpan, Mexico.
