Kirkland Advises Blackstone on Investment in Citrin Cooperman Advisors

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Blackstone on a definitive agreement for a significant investment in Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC. Blackstone is acquiring its stake from New Mountain Capital LLC. Citrin Cooperman is a premier tax, advisory and accounting provider for private middle market businesses and high net worth individuals. The transaction was announced January 7, 2025.
