Ziyad Ziyadzade is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on negotiating and structuring complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, public offerings, and other general corporate matters. Ziyad has handled such matters on behalf of, among others, Bain Capital, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, GTCR, Hellman & Friedman, TA Associates, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Warburg Pincus.
