Kirkland Advises Veritiv on Acquisition of Orora Packaging Solutions

Kirkland & Ellis advised Veritiv Operating Company, a leader in specialty packaging distribution and CD&R portfolio company, on the acquisition of Orora Packaging Solutions (OPS), the North American packaging and distribution business of Orora (ASX: ORA). Veritiv announced the close of the transaction on December 11, 2024 after announcing the binding agreement on September 3, 2024.
