HNBA Top Lawyers Under 40 Award

The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) honored Kirkland & Ellis litigation partner Alexia Brancato as a 2021 “Top Lawyer Under 40.” The award celebrates and highlights the accomplishments and contributions of HNBA members who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community and dedication to improving the legal profession.

The HNBA profiled Alexia’s active pro bono practice which focuses mainly on immigration matters for Hispanic clients, including representing domestic abuse survivors applying for immigration status under the Violence Against Women Act. Alexia also serves as an important leader of Kirkland’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by leading Kirkland’s Unidos Affinity Group in New York. Her internal and external pro bono contributions are a driving force for real action and change within the Hispanic community.
