Top 20 Cases of 2023
Kirkland’s representation of Pfizer, Warner-Lambert Company and Viatris in a patent dispute against Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and the NHS is highlighted among The Lawyer’s “Top 20 Cases of 2023”. The case is “potentially the most complex follow-on damages inquiry ever heard before the Patents Court. It will involve ground-breaking issues of foreseeability, causation and mitigation in the pharmaceutical space and will be the first damages inquiry of its kind in the UK, involving the UK Government and the NHS”.
