Kirkland Partner Olivia Adendorff Named to Global Competition Review’s 40 Under 40 2024

Global Competition Review (GCR) named Kirkland & Ellis partner Olivia Adendorff among its “40 Under 40” for 2024, which recognizes the next generation of leading antitrust practitioners.

Olivia was recognized for her practice in both antitrust and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigations, specifically for counselling Pulse Network, a debit card network owned by Discover Financial Services, in antitrust litigation against Visa Inc., alleging monopolization of the debit network services market.

“It’s always gratifying to work on solving everyday problems that are faced by all Americans,” Olivia told GCR.  

Selected candidates were interviewed on various issues, including the biggest competition concerns in their jurisdictions and how antitrust risk has evolved during their professional careers.
