ACC-DFW and Texas Lawbook Recognize Kirkland with DFW M&A Deal of the Year for 2024
The Association of Corporate Counsel’s Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter (ACC-DFW) and The Texas Lawbook recognized Kirkland & Ellis with the DFW M&A Deal of the Year as part of the 2024 DFW Corporate Counsel Awards. The Firm was honored for representing Dallas-based infrastructure products company Arcosa, Inc. (also recognized as an award-winner) in its $1.2 billion acquisition of construction materials company Stavola. The transaction, which was announced in August 2024 and closed in October 2024, expanded Arcosa’s footprint in one of the nation’s most populated regions.
