ACC-DFW and Texas Lawbook Recognize Kirkland with DFW M&A Deal of the Year for 2024
The Association of Corporate Counsel’s Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter (ACC-DFW) and The Texas Lawbook recognized Kirkland & Ellis with the DFW M&A Deal of the Year as part of the 2024 DFW Corporate Counsel Awards. The Firm was honored for representing Dallas-based Arcosa, Inc. (which was also recognized as an award-winner) in Arcosa’s $1.2 billion acquisition of Stavola. The transaction was announced in August 2024 and closed in October 2024.
Arcosa is a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, and Stavola is an aggregates-led and vertically integrated construction materials company primarily serving the New York-New Jersey metro area.
