Kirkland Partners Mark Holscher and Christopher Keegan Recognized Among Daily Journal’s 2025 Leading Commercial Litigators

The Daily Journal named Kirkland partners Mark Holscher and Christopher Keegan to its 2025 list of “Leading Commercial Litigators.” Lawyers were chosen based on their work on recent significant cases that had an impact on commercial litigation or the development of law.

Mark, a nationally recognized trial attorney and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, was recognized for obtaining plaintiffs' verdicts and settlements of more than $1.4 billion and for defending clients against multiple claims of more than a billion dollars over the past five years.

Chris was named “a sought after high-stakes litigator knowledgeable in parallel criminal and civil environmental cases.” He has extensive experience representing parties in a broad variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
