Partners Devora Allon and Joshua Simmons Named 2025 “Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys” by Crain’s New York

Crain’s New York recognized Kirkland partners Devora Allon and Joshua Simmons among its 2025 “Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys,” which honors those who are “shaping precedent and advocating for their clients across industries and issues.”

Devora, whose practice focuses on antitrust, product liability and other commercial disputes, was noted for successfully defending Gilead Sciences in antitrust class action litigation alleging an anti-competitive reverse payment arising out of a patent litigation settlement.

Josh, experienced in high-profile intellectual property, media, entertainment and technology litigation, was recognized for successfully representing Oracle in a case against Google, which The National Law Review cited as the “Copyright Case of the Century.”
