Kirkland & Ellis Represents Landmark Partners in Secondary Acquisition of HM Capital Energy Portfolio
Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents Landmark Partners, which partnered with Tailwater Capital to complete the secondary purchase of HM Capital's legacy energy investment portfolio today. Tailwater Capital is a newly formed private equity firm with a $425 million fund focused on oil and gas investments. Tailwater will manage a portfolio that includes BlackBrush Oil & Gas, TexStar Midstream Services and SunTerra Well Services.
