Kirkland Represents Nordic Capital on Strategic Passive Minority Investment by Ottawa Avenue Private Capital

Kirkland & Ellis advised Nordic Capital, a leading private equity investor, on Ottawa Avenue Private Capital’s acquisition of a passive minority equity interest in the firm. The investment will strengthen Nordic Capital’s balance sheet and facilitate further investment in its business. The investment will also allow for development of the Nordic Capital organization and platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
