Kirkland Advises Sumeru On Investment In Ceros

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Sumeru Equity Partners (SEP), a growth-focused technology investment firm based in the Bay Area, on its strategic investment in Ceros, an interactive SaaS design platform, which will help Ceros to continue its momentum as a leader in digital content creation. Management and existing investors participated in the investment. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
