Kirkland Represented Vesey Street Capital Partners in Recapitalization of QualityMetric
Kirkland & Ellis represented Vesey Street Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based healthcare services private equity firm, in its completed recapitalization of QualityMetric, an industry-leading provider of tools and technology that measure health from the patient’s point of view. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by transactional partners Jeremy Liss and Adam Wexner and associates Kevin Stocks and Francesco Castaldi, along with investment funds partner John Muno and associates Syed Madani and Joshua Anifowoshe.
