Kirkland Advises Olympus Partners in Sale of Ennis-Flint to PPG Industries
Kirkland advised private equity firm Olympus Partners in its sale of Ennis-Flint Inc., a world leader in pavement markings and traffic safety solutions, to PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG), a global supplier of paints, coatings and specialty materials. The transaction, valued at approximately $1.15 billion, is expected to close within the next few months, subject to customary closing conditions.
