Kirkland Represents Funds Advised by Apax Partners on Sale of Majority Stake in Boats Group to Permira Funds
Kirkland & Ellis represented funds advised by Apax Partners, a global private equity advisory firm, on the sale of a majority stake in Boats Group, a leading online classifieds marketplace and technology provider for the recreational marine industry, to a company backed by the Permira funds. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by transactional partners Leo Greenberg and Romain Dambre and associates Guirgis Nasief, Adam Holzschuh and Jermaine Scott Cherry, and tax partners Sara Zablotney and Adam Kool and associate Rhonda Dinkins.
