Kirkland Advises Hermetic Solutions Group on Acquisition of Cristek Interconnects, Inc.
Kirkland & Ellis advised Hermetic Solutions Group (HSG), a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital and global provider of highly engineered performance and protection solutions for mission-critical microelectronics, on its acquisition of Cristek Interconnects, Inc. (Cristek), a leading manufacturer of specialty interconnect products and assemblies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
