Kirkland Represents Clearhaven Partners and TimeTrade Systems on Acquisition of SilverCloud LLC

Kirkland & Ellis advised Clearhaven Partners LP, a technology-focused private equity firm based in Boston, and its portfolio company, TimeTrade Systems, the category creator in enterprise appointment scheduling software, on TimeTrade’s acquisition of SilverCloud LLC, a leading provider of customer and knowledge management software for financial institutions. The combined company will initially be called TimeTrade SilverCloud. Financial terms were not disclosed.
