Kirkland Advises Hellman & Friedman in Acquisition of Enverus
Kirkland & Ellis represented Hellman & Friedman in its acquisition of Enverus, a global energy data analytics and SaaS technology company, from Genstar Capital. Genstar has been Enverus’ majority owner since 2018, and will remain a significant shareholder following the transaction.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Kyle Elder, Matthew O’Brien and Rick Campbell, along with tax partners Jared Rusman and Devin Heckman and debt finance partners David Nemecek and Austin Glassman.
