Kirkland Advises Pamplona on Acquisition of Pelsis

Kirkland & Ellis advised Pamplona Capital Management on the acquisition of Pelsis, a global manufacturer and distributor of pest control products. Employing over 600 people across fifteen facilities in Western Europe and the US, Pelsis is recognised for its technical products and innovation and is a trusted global supplier to the world’s largest pest control operators, distributors and retailers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
