Kirkland Advises Unified Women’s Healthcare on Acquisition of Women’s Health USA

Kirkland & Ellis advised Unified Women’s Healthcare, a leading practice management platform in women’s healthcare backed by Altas Partners, funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation and Oak HC/FT, on its acquisition of Women’s Health USA (WHUSA), a national leader in practice management services for the women’s health sector. Through this combination, Unified and WHUSA represent the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women in the United States.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
