Kirkland Advises Bain Capital Private Equity on Acquisition of ITP Aero from Rolls-Royce
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Bain Capital Private Equity on the acquisition of ITP Aero, an aero engine and gas turbine manufacturer, from Rolls-Royce for approximately €1.7 billion. Bain Capital Private Equity is leading a consortium of Spanish and Basque companies including SAPA and JB Capital. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
